Yessir, they got their man by God.
It took a month of terrorizing the local population, locking down entire towns, enforcing curfews, spent millions of dollars, used remote robotic armored vehicles, unmanned drones, all night long helicopter traffic and used over a thousand police officers to do it but they got their man.
Guess who gets to pay for all that?
Those same terrorized citizens.
Wait until they get the bill for all that overtime.....

IT"S THE TENTH AMENDMENT DUDE!!!
Jayzus!
I just read this article by some dude going on about why the Feds can't order a nation wide standard for treating things like this Ebola quarantine deal like the one that Cuomo and Christie back tracked on because the Whitehouse suggested it was too harsh.
The guy seemingly goes out of his freakin' way to hint at it but never quiiiiite says why the Feds have their hands tied.
It's a long article too.
He just says that the Framers of the Constitution designed it that way, yadda yadda yadda, Federalist system, blah blah.
Dude, really?
Could you not like, GOOGLE THE SUBJECT? Ever heard of Wikipedia?
Dayum.
It's not like seven out of ten people under forty have no clue what is in the Constitution anymore anyway.
That number goes down to almost zero the younger they are.
There are full grown adults that were born and educated here that can't even name the three branches of government for fucks sake!
It makes me want to scream when I see crap like this.
If you can muster enough words blathering on about why Obama can't just decree quarantine standards for the whole country like he would love to do, at least explain why in plain enough language that the average moron in this country can understand.
It would be the right thing to do.

It's been said that opinions are like assholes, everyone has one.
Let me add that just like assholes, some opinions really stink.

Some People Are Born With It, Were You?
There are now so many laws on the books in this country that not one person on this earth could tell you how many there actually are and new ones are being passed every year.
You can't walk down the sidewalk without breaking some kind of law anymore.
People are conditioned from an early age not to break the rules and there are those who take great pleasure in reinforcing this with violence. These people wear uniforms generally.
Age and sex are no barrier, they will break bones, maim and even kill children if they are in the wrong place at the right time.
All with the full backing and blanket immunity of the Police State.
Go read what Sam K. is saying, you need to condition yourself to start breaking these unnecessary rules and laws in order to get back what they have taken, your birth rights as free people with unalienable rights of liberty.
This is not a game, this is the core of what America is supposed to be and what has been stolen from you, one ridiculous law at a time.
Here is the money shot, you need to go read the whole thing to get the full gist of what we are talking about.
Never before has been being called an Outlaw been more of a badge of honor when it comes to stomping out tyranny.
Be smart about it, you don't just run out and be stupid, they will cut you down before you know what happened.
There is an art to being an Outlaw, there is a certain nuance true Outlaws are born with.
Knowing what they can get away with and when.
It's not something easily articulated.
It is, however, easily recognized in others, especially if you are one blessed with the Outlaw gene.
You can still be an Outlaw and have a strict code of ethics, the law breaking is aimed at those who artificially restrict your liberty and not the population in general.
There is an awakening happening in this country finally, those who would be your masters have overstepped their authority too many times and there are too many innocent victims out there now.
That is going to be their undoing, hurting the innocent. The innocent have relatives and kin.
Some of those kinfolk have seen enough.
Some of those kinfolk have had enough.
Those kinfolk are talking to each other.
Ever day you see another story about police abuse in this country.
Now you are starting to see stories here and there of those kinfolk hunting police and stories about police officers being killed.
Sam Kerodin speaks of patterns in his piece.
Start noticing some of the pieces are falling into place right in front of your eyes, every single day now.
The Revolution is being waged as you read this, that is what those pieces represent.
Here's to a thumb in the eye of tyranny and a great big Fuck You to those who would try to keep you trembling in fear of your own shadow.
That is the only way they are going to win and I see a losing strategy.

Face this fact: Evil men have criminalized Liberty.
You can not live at Liberty in America today without becoming a criminal.
You will never know Liberty in America without dismissing many laws, committing many felonies, and being willing to physically fight the men who mean to stand between you and your Creator.
You'd better begin ramping up.
You'd better begin to Click-On.
Every day. Every single day you must become harder, smarter, less affected by the taunt of Criminal! You must become immune to the stigma of their labels. You must take more responsibility for your own Liberty, for it is your Obligation to defend your Creator and His gifts to you.
You must break their rules.
Or you will remain upon your knees, licking the hands that feed you.
That is not a life worth living.

Houston man raped teen, toddler, infected them with HIV, police say
HOUSTON – A registered sex offender in Houston is charged with raping a 14-year-old girl and a 2-year-old girl and infecting them with HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases.
The 33-year-old man was charged this week with super-aggravated sexual assault of a child and sexual assault of a child. Houston police say he raped his ex-girlfriend's teenage daughter and his infant niece.
The investigation began in 2013 when the younger child was brought to the Texas Medical Center. Both victims were infected with herpes and doctors had to preform reconstructive surgery on the younger child.
The suspect was sentenced to four years in prison in 2004 after sexually assaulting a different child.
The Associated Press isn't naming the man to protect the identities of the children.

Remember, You Shouldn't Worry If You Have Nothing To Hide
I seriously want to punch the jackass who said that first.
Someone somewhere in our government long ago came to the conclusion that there are no adults with critical thinking capabilities left in this country so everyone must obviously be treated like a fucking three year old and that is infuriating.
I know I really started noticing this phenomena under the Bush administration, especially right after 9/11 when the Dept. of Homeland Security was still Dick Cheney's wet dream.
Ever since then it has come down to the fact that our government does whatever it damn well pleases, without even asking forgiveness instead of permission after it gets it's hand slammed in the cookie jar of Constitutional propriety.
Whenever confronted with these abuses, they will look you right in the eye with all the earnestness of a first grader who has learned to lie and has gotten away with it, all the while wiping their muddy feet on the Fourth Amendment right in front of you and swear it's for your own good.
The Obama administration has turned this into an art form.

Chilling free speech: Fed's passion to monitor us has become insatiable
Judge Andrew P. Napolitano
By Judge Andrew P. Napolitano
Published October 23, 2014
Earlier this week, the federal government’s National Science Foundation, an entity created to encourage the study of science -- encouragement that it achieves by awarding grants to scholars and universities -- announced that it had awarded a grant to study what people say about themselves and others in social media.
The NSF dubbed the project Truthy, a reference to comedian Stephen Colbert’s invention and hilarious use of the word “truthiness.”
The reference to Colbert is cute, and he is a very funny guy, but when the feds get into the business of monitoring speech, it is surely no joke; it is a nightmare. It is part of the Obama administration’s persistent efforts to monitor communication and scrutinize the expressions of opinions it hates and fears.
All presidents push the envelope when it comes to exercising their constitutional powers. But we never before have seen in modern times a president like the present one.
We already know the National Security Agency has the digital versions of all telephone conversations and emails sent to, from or within the U.S. since 2005. Edward Snowden's revelations of all this are credible and substantiated, and the government’s denials are weak and unavailing -- so weak and unavailing that many NSA agents disbelieve them.
But the government’s unbridled passion to monitor us has become insatiable. Just two months ago, the Federal Communications Commission, which licenses broadcasters, threatened to place federal agents in cable television newsrooms so they can see how stories are generated and produced. The FCC doesn’t even regulate cable, yet it threatened to enhance its own authority by monitoring cable companies from the inside.
What’s going on here?
What’s going on here, and has been going on since President Obama took office in January 2009, is a government with little or no fidelity to basic constitutional norms. There is no defense under the Constitution to any aspect of the government's -- federal, state, regional, local or hybrid; or any entity owned or controlled by any government; or any entity that exercises the government’s coercive powers or spends or receives its money -- monitoring the expressive behavior of anyone in the U.S., not in a newsroom, on social media or anywhere else.

Blackwater guards found guilty in Iraq shootings
I'll admit this surprises me, Blackwater, or whatever they are calling themselves these days, pretty much had unlimited funds to throw at lawyers and high powered ones at that.
Sure there will be appeals from now until no one even remembers who these guys are or what happened but in the mean time they are cooling their heels in the slammer.
Blackwater changed their name after this all came out but they are still out there, hired thugs and mercenaries with more equipment and firepower than some countries armies.
We were paying for all that because our government hired these guys.
Four former Blackwater security guards were found guilty Wednesday in the 2007 shootings of more than 30 Iraqis in Baghdad, and a federal judge ordered them immediately to jail.
In an overwhelming victory for prosecutors, a jury found Nicholas Slatten guilty of first-degree murder. The three other guards -- Paul Slough, Evan Liberty and Dustin Heard -- were found guilty of multiple counts of voluntary manslaughter, attempted manslaughter and gun charges.
The four men had been charged with a combined 33 counts in the shootings and the jury was able to reach a verdict on all of them, with the exception of three charges against Heard. The prosecution agreed to drop those charges.
The outcome after a summerlong trial and weeks of jury deliberation stunned the defense.
David Schertler, a lawyer for Heard, said "the verdict is wrong, it's incomprehensible. We're devastated. We're going to fight it every step of the way. We still think we're going to win."
The shootings on Sept. 16, 2007, caused an international uproar over the role of defense contractors in urban warfare.
The State Department hired Blackwater to protect American diplomats in Baghdad, the Iraqi capital, and elsewhere in the country. Blackwater convoys of four heavily armored vehicles operated in risky environments where car bombs and attacks by insurgents were common.
Slatten was charged with first-degree murder; the others were charged with voluntary manslaughter, attempted manslaughter and gun charges.
The case was mired in legal battles for years, making it uncertain whether the defendants would ever be tried.
Sure there will be appeals from now until no one even remembers who these guys are or what happened but in the mean time they are cooling their heels in the slammer.

Fellow Washingtonians; Spread The Word, Vote NO On I -594!
There are anti gun citizens with deep pockets literally trying to purchase your 2nd Amendment rights with false advertising and by sponsoring Initiative I-594. When even Law Enforcement officers think this is a bad idea it should give everyone cause for concern.
Watch this video and then spread the word.
I will tell you right now that I will consider this null and void the second it passes, if it does.
PLEASE tell everyone you know that lives in the State of Washington to fiercely protect what few rights we have left and at the same time let non residents with deep pockets and an agenda know that we here don't want or need them meddling in our business.

There Is An Unpleasant Odor Associated With It Also
That would be the odor of people shitting their pants, look at the size of this nasty little fucker!!
Holy crap!
Known as the South American Goliath birdeater (Theraphosa blondi), the colossal arachnid is the world's largest spider, according to Guinness World Records. Itsleg span can reach up to a foot (30 centimeters), or about the size of "a child's forearm," with a body the size of "a large fist," Naskrecki told Live Science. And the spider can weigh more than 6 oz. (170 grams) — about as much as a young puppy, the scientist wrote on his blog. [See Photos of the Goliath Birdeater Spider]
When Naskrecki approached the imposing creature in the rainforest, it would rub its hind legs against its abdomen. At first, the scientist thought the behavior was "cute," he said, but then he realized the spider was sending out a cloud of hairs with microscopic barbs on them. When these hairs get in the eyes or other mucous membranes, they are "extremely painful and itchy," and can stay there for days, he said. [Creepy-Crawly Gallery: See Spooky Photos of Spiders]
But its prickly hairs aren't the birdeater's only line of defense; it also sports a pair of 2-inch-long (5 centimeters) fangs. Although the spider's bite is venomous, it's not deadly to humans. But it would still be extremely painful, "like driving a nail through your hand," Naskrecki said.
And the eight-legged beast has a third defense mechanism up its hairy sleeve. The hairs on the front of the spider's body have tiny hooks and barbs that make a hissing sound when they rub against each other, "sort of like pulling Velcro apart," Naskrecki said.
Yet despite all that, the spider doesn't pose a threat to humans. Even if it bites you, "a chicken can probably do more damage
Fuck that noise.
My wife and my Mother would both have heart attacks if they ever saw something like this.
I'm thinking flame thrower.
Can't be too careful.

Obama To Name Former Biden Chief of Staff to "Ebola Czar" Post
A job we used to have a Surgeon General for.
We have an interim SG now, a real, you know, like MEDICAL DOCTOR type guy!
So I'm going to guess this political appointee position is for organizational purposes because being a Chief of Staff at one point would be helpful experience for such a task.
The obvious is answer to why this has been deemed necessary can be summed up by the last line of the article above, politics.
He cares more about his motherfucking political image than he does about getting serious about doing something serious to stop the spread of this disease.
Why the Surgeon General hasn't been out front on this apparently will remain a mystery, much like why they haven't gotten their shit together yet in the face of this known pandemic being spread around like a dose of the clap at a two bit whore house.
It never ceases to amaze me that our government can listen to a conversation from a quarter mile away, can track your every movement using your cell phone and can drop a 500 hundred pound bomb on the head of a pin from half a world away but can't communicate with other government agencies to coordinate what should be a national effort to stop the spread of a disease they knew was coming months ago.
The word clusterfuck comes to mind.
The official response to all this is to put some guy in charge of a fact finding mission basically, instead of getting serious about it and shutting down all entry into this country from known carrier nation members, quarrantining the shit out of anyone who has already arrived and getting the head of the CDC, the Surgeon General and the top medical experts in one room to come up with a way to contain the people already infected so they quit spreading the fucking shit around and pull the collective heads of the top hospitals in the country out of their collective asses to get ready to treat this as is serious as it really is.
There used to be people in this country who knew how to get shit done.
Now we have a bunch of political hacks with a fucking title and who can't buy a clue.
We have an interim SG now, a real, you know, like MEDICAL DOCTOR type guy!
Obama to name former Biden aide as 'czar' to oversee Ebola crisis
President Obama will name former vice presidential chief of staff Ron Klain as Ebola "czar" to coordinate the administration’s response to the disease, part of a White House effort to calm fears and quiet criticism about the government’s ability to stop its spread.
Klain, a longtime Democratic political operative, is trusted within the White House as a smart political crisis manager and administrator with experience coordinating government bureaucracy.
The president is in need of such experience. Obama has been under pressure to take more dramatic action as worries about the spread of Ebola have grown -- and spilled into campaign season politics.
So I'm going to guess this political appointee position is for organizational purposes because being a Chief of Staff at one point would be helpful experience for such a task.
