Gersh Kuntzman of the New York Daily News wrote:
"What is it like to fire an AR-15? It’s horrifying, menacing and very, very loud. It felt to me like a bazooka — and sounded like a cannon. ... I’ve shot pistols before, but never something like an AR-15. Squeeze lightly on the trigger and the resulting explosion of firepower is humbling and deafening (even with ear protection). The recoil bruised my shoulder, which can happen if you don't know what you're doing. The brass shell casings disoriented me as they flew past my face. The smell of sulfur and destruction made me sick. The explosions — loud like a bomb — gave me a temporary form of PTSD. For at least an hour after firing the gun just a few times, I was anxious and irritable." - An adult man
Well Mr. Kunstman, because you are a sackless waste of testosterone, this is for you.

was he ever near a bazooka or a firing cannon?
probably not.
aptly named indeed.
Our DI laid down on his back and placed the butt of an M16 in his crotch against his jewels. Then blew an entire mag on full auto, and in those days the weapons were fully auto not burst.
He did this to demonstrate to the pussy city boys, that the weapon has extremely low recoil.
Of course this was back when we still had real basic training, and not the PC BULLSHIT troops are trained with nowadays heh....

Firing an AR-15 is amazing, fun and gives me very, very weird boner.
The author published a follow up article:

and he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal:

(that last article is satire)
So he doubled down on being a simpering wuss, useless waste of skin that he is.
I have to agree with some of his commenter's.
If he was ever issued a Man Card in the first place it is immediately an permanently revoked.
Thanks for the links.
