Houston man raped teen, toddler, infected them with HIV, police say
HOUSTON – A registered sex offender in Houston is charged with raping a 14-year-old girl and a 2-year-old girl and infecting them with HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases.
The 33-year-old man was charged this week with super-aggravated sexual assault of a child and sexual assault of a child. Houston police say he raped his ex-girlfriend's teenage daughter and his infant niece.
The investigation began in 2013 when the younger child was brought to the Texas Medical Center. Both victims were infected with herpes and doctors had to preform reconstructive surgery on the younger child.
The suspect was sentenced to four years in prison in 2004 after sexually assaulting a different child.
The Associated Press isn't naming the man to protect the identities of the children.
Stick his ass up against a wall and exterminate the vermin.
What he did is beyond redemption and he would do it again if given the chance.

He'll get his issue in prison. Rest assured. The convict code is ruthless.
Even a Buddhist might say it's time for him to move on to his next incarnation. Might as well get started on that bad kharma as soon as possible.
Take him out to the desert at night and tie him to a catcus with strips of wet leather, leave him there for four hours after the sun comes up, then shoot him.
This scumbag sentenced two girls to death. Shooting is too good for him. He needs to die a horrible death over several days. Tied to a chair and a different bone broken every day. No pain meds. Of the 200 bones in the body, I wonder how many you can break before you just give up and die? I'd like to find out, for the sientific research you understand. I'll even go buy a brand new ball bat. It's scum like this that kept me from being a cop. He never would have made it to jail. He'd fall up the stairs several times.
