I've seem that video - had to watch it thru as the terrain looked familiar. Turns out it is in Klickitat County WA and those roads are near the replica of Stonehenge. Once upon a time they were open to 'normal' traffic and I drove and rode on them, not quire as extremely as in the video of course!
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, that sure looks familiar.
I was thinking maybe the south side of The Dalles, Darfur area.
There was a credit at the end for some city of Kent Oregon but I'm not familiar with it.
