Obama Now Trashing Tenth Amendment Too

What's with this fucking guy who is supposed to be some kind of Constitutional scholar?
Does he not remember the Tenth Amendment too?

Have a double helping of FAIL asshole.

WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama is calling for a review of the controversial Stand Your Ground laws that were at the heart of the killing of Trayvon Martin.

"I think it would be useful for us to examine some state and local laws to see if it -- if they are designed in such a way that they may encourage the kinds of altercations and confrontations and tragedies that we saw in the Florida case, rather than defuse potential altercations," Obama told reporters in a surprise press conference at the White House on Friday.

Let me refresh your memory Dickhead, all these "Stand Your Ground" laws are STATE LAWS,not Federal laws.
The Tenth Amendment was put in place for EXACTLY these kinds of situations, where the Federal Government tries to stick their nose in where it doesn't belong.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
I have a better idea.
Why don't you review this?

And a nice lie in there. SYG had NOTHING to do with Trayvon Martin's death. He attacked an armed man, who defended himself with lethal force when he had NO OTHER WAY OUT.

Ofucktard is trying to turn this into a gun control argument. Zimmerman fired a single round while in extremis. I think that qualifies as excellent gun control.
