We use an old White Chevy truck like that to carry boat jack stands around the yard & there's hardly any White paint left on it, it just peels off & leaves the gray primer. I see White trucks like that all the time. Hope they fixed that.
I'll take the older one on the left.
Parts available, easier to repair.

I guess lifted trucks are ok but where are the new trucks that sit low enough to actually be used, as in putting things in and out of the back?
