Same photo on another blog, owner broke down in a hissy fit when someone alluded to something similar below.
I met a woman who retired from the military, bought a building and lot, ran a business for years, and had two old (20+ year) clunkers (saving money to make the business work).
Finally had enough to buy that dream car, parked it somewhat like this on her business' lot.
It was vandalized by idiots having a tizzy; destroyed the car with everything from paint and glass, stuff up the pipe, unknown what got dropped into the gas tank.
Luckily it was insured and the security video proved the vandals destroyed the vehicle and not her; still had to pay that costly deductible.

LOL. I use a wheelchair and sometimes need to park like that when an handicapped spot or and spot on the end is unavailable.
