Imagine being told that we were successful in ending this evil two times before. But now face it again. That evil is alive , doing quite well and intentionally defrauded its way back in to power again. Maybe third time will be the final charm to stopping the unmitigated evil, the uncivil and immoral from their goal of world domination again.

By acting now we stop the spread before it's a world war.
