I still have my Grandmother's.
I have and still use my Grandfather's "Climax 51" clamp on meat grinder. I have to use two pieces of old rubber LDH fire hose to protect my quartz countertops from the metal clamp. It works great and cleans up easy.

Go to Bustednuckles.com and do a search.
The KEEN KUTTER company may have had several manufacturing locations, but their old Wichita, Kansas facility/warehouse was renovated into a nice quirky hotel. It is now called Hotel at Old Town. You can find some nice pictures of it on the internet.
