Well, it's not true. California may be a sh*thole full of progs and illegals, but they have built at three new state universities: University of California, Merced, California State University - Channel Islands , California State University - San Marcos. Plus they have over capacity in universities and undercapacity for prisons. It would be stupid to build more of what you have in surplus already. Plus all the new "citizens" being brought in are much more likely to need a prison than a university. Plan for the future
