Dogs are very intuitive and display empathy to humans that would make a saint blanch with embarrassment. Dogs are so cool!

Christmas Day- Gone to the nephews for Christmas supper. Kids are hyped on sugar, excitement, toys and one kid bangs his head on the table while running circles around it. Kid starts howling, then the dogs start howling because the kids is howling then the parents start yelling at the dog and the noise level goes through the roof. Happy happy.
Bu the time the kid starts banging his head on the I am faking a migraine and getting on my coat and saying my apologies for leaving and saying let's do this again, in, say, 20 years when the kids are grown. But, then you have grandkids and being unlucky as you are , the kids never grew up...
