Phil deciding to take a break, gather his thoughts and produce a suitable outcome. Only the cat staring him down interrupted his thinking and conjugating processes, so he turns to his local rag sheet produced by CNN, making sure what ever decision he makes is politically correct.

At first glance I thought that was an out house. I'm thinking an outhouse would be more conducive to ruminations than a shed, but that's just me. ;-))

Nemo, Anon, I just wish I could have gotten the picture a little larger, the old/new site I could blow it up and it would show better. I can with this site but it became very blurry, and we can't have Phil blurry when he is cognitatin'...
OK, I took another look. That is an outhouse. My original interpretation of the pic was, fook, I don't know. I guess I need a stronger pair of cheaters or something. I plead old age and eyes that have seen better days.
