The One Thing You Should Learn From The Coup Attempt In Turkey

Did you notice that the minute Erdogan heard what was going on that the first thing he did was get in his private jet and get the hell out of the country?

Do you think for one second that the politicians in this country won't do the same thing if they get the slightest wiff of personal danger?

You are SO on your own, citizen.

They don't give a fuck about you or anyone else.

Never forget that.

and on a related subject, as the demoncrats continue to bleat about gun control (joined by the "establishment" republicans) they fail to notice let alone talk about their own well armed "security" detail who protects them from the very same law abiding citizens whom they wish to disarm.

They will regret having him back.

I started watching coverage early. Noticed that armor crews had no personal weapons. Foot soldiers had no armor, and only 1 magazine for rifles. I would posit that this was not a real coup attempt, but a ploy by Erdogan to bring the remainder of his opponents out into the open. He has been arresting them for months prior to this-the whole thing stinks to high heaven.

I'd love to see the "aw fuck" look on their faces when they get to the airport and find a few patriots got there first and rendered their planes less than airworthy.
