Actually, I just went down and had the propane tank filled but that is no guarantee there won't be a flame out, I have had it before when the little grease cup underneath the grill I was using filled up with chicken grease and then caught on fire.
That was a total waste of good beer at the time.

Hmm, yes, but, a little *too* well done ;).
Since I don't believe in Easy-Q (it has to be slow smoked over real wood charcoal and real wood chips, yo!), I don't exactly have flame-up issues. If it starts flaming up, toss the cover over it and shut the air vent on the bottom, and the situation resolves itself. And now I'm making myself hungry, so I guess I'll go find something to eat... nothing, alas, as good as slow-smoked 'Q.
