Franklin in El Paso. It's only used to go to the KFOX transmitter site.<br /><br />I rode that one several times. The old beige gondola with no door and half the windows out was the best. I got my tools in there, and then wedged myself in the back so I didn't fall out when it got windy over the canyon... First time I rode that thing, I just about had a stroke.
