I will use your story as a cautionary tale. BTW, according to stats most smokers quit multiple times before success. Some people aren't made not to smoke... I am a real asshole now and I can't treat anxiety by smoking anymore. Good luck either way.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2359657762730149804.post-88806803654288379782015-06-10T09:05:40.861-07:002015-06-10T09:05:40.861-07:00I've been cigarette free for 3 years. Nicotine helps ya think clearer, relax before ya gotta take some big mother fucking thing apart. Cigarettes are awesome for that!!! But I got tired of all of the other drawbacks that come with smoking, so 3 years ago I started vaping. I like vaping more than I like smoking and it pisses off the fucking liberals even more because it looks bad, but it's not bad for you. You will have better blood flow so your dick will get harder and bigger, you can still escape the family by going outside to vape and it only costs me $2 a day to vape and I know what you pay for a carton in Washington because I used to bring cartons from Oregon for my Washington friends. It's the only thing that worked for to quit and I didn't want to quit.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14210823272896391326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2359657762730149804.post-49718770544035026532015-06-10T09:05:36.451-07:002015-06-10T09:05:36.451-07:00I've been cigarette free for 3 years. Problem is, every time I start back up I tend to smoke more than I did before I stopped. It's tough going, but it can be done....so they tell me.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2359657762730149804.post-16321693597869904242015-06-10T06:19:51.401-07:002015-06-10T06:19:51.401-07:00Quitting's easy, I've done it a dozen time...Quitting's easy, I've done it a dozen times.
DennisinIowaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2359657762730149804.post-12201866845839171992015-06-10T05:32:34.175-07:002015-06-10T05:32:34.175-07:00My mother quit dozens of times. Eventually died of cancer.

For years dad said when was ready to quit he'd quit. Never believed him. One day he got up, started to light a cig, paused, then threw it away. Hasn't smoked in over 30 years.

I'm glad I never started as I'm afraid I'd be more my like my mom. I'd also be dead. You know that little bit of lung function you lose when you smoke? That's about all I had left when my lungs got damaged while firefighting. Dr. said I'd be dead if I'd been a smoker. I quit for three months - I was a damn zombie the entire time. Like you, took that 1st puff and OMIGAWD - THATS THE STUFF !!!

Very hard to quit when your spouse is still smoking. Not that I blame her (you did the snatching) but the smell of the smoke can be overwhelming. I quit 17 years ago and I STILL miss it occasionally, especially during cold fronts when I would go out for that 1st cigarette in the morning and just 'wake up with Joe Camel', it is an awesome feeling.

Too effing expensive now. When I quit, $3.60 a pack - I look at the price now and just wonder how much money I wasted during 17 years of smoking.

Just get back on the horse when YOU are ready - thats the only way it takes, I think.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
