I was thinking Rasputin when I saw the picture but there was no description. How in the Hell do you find this info from just a picture?!

I did a image search of the picture and just spend time scrolling through the links and comments. Some times I get lucky and will find a link with comments where someone will ask a"who what where when" and further down someone will answer. I had to track three layers of this image and ended up on a Reddit thread of "crazy guys". Some one posted I think that's Rasputin. Then I went of searching in that direction. Ya I was bored and just surfing. It becomes an Internet challenge. Oh, and along the way I find bewbs. Lol

Look at me like that, I'd pull my weapon and shine the red dot in the middle of his forehead. Go away or I will send you away!
